Traditionally, interviews get less in peak summer and this year is no exception. I always prepare for this quiet time and have at least 10 interviews in the can, following several really hectic weeks. Come September, things get back to normal. I have already got several top guests booked in for later in the year and all will be revealed in due course.
A current TV star, who has also enjoyed hit albums and theatre success, has been lined up for John Hannam Meets in early September. I missed out on him a few years ago but this will now be rectified. All will be revealed when the interview is safely in the can.
