West End and Broadway star EARL CARPENTER is to make a surprise appearance at the Off The Rails venue in Yarmouth on Sunday September 8. He will be presenting his new one-man show accompanied by international cellist Yvonne Marie Parsons. Earl has played Javert in Les Miserables around 2000 times and the Phantom 1500 times in Phantom of the Opera. Earl will also soon be heard on John Hannam Meets.
