John was thrilled to interview one of his all-time favourite actors, Annette Badland, at London’s Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. She has been seen in hundreds of television shows. These include playing Charlotte in Bergerac, Mrs Dooley in The Queen’s Nose, Margaret Blaine in Doctor Who, Ursula Crowe in Wizards v Aliens, Babe Smith in EastEnders and Fleur Perkins in the last series of Midsomer Murders.
